How to Do This Pose

  1. Lie on your back, draw both knees toward your chest.
  2. Grasp the outer edges of your feet with your hands.
  3. Gently pull your feet down and out, creating resistance.
  4. Rock side to side gently. Hold for 5-8 breaths.
