How to Do This Pose

  1. Start on forearms and knees. Tuck toes and lift hips toward the ceiling.
  2. Press forearms firmly into the floor, shoulders away from ears.
  3. Straighten legs as much as comfortable, heels reaching down.
  4. Hold for 5-8 breaths. Builds toward forearm stand.
